The word 'exigencia' appears again in this study on factors that affect sales skill. Again, I can't quite pin it:

Igualmente, entre el grupo talento_1 y talento_2 hay diferencias en la exigencia en los factores competitividad y compromiso, por lo que también se esperaban las diferencias significativas que muestra la prueba U de Mann-Whitney entre estos dos grupos y los dos factores. Sin embargo, entre los dos grupos de talento no hay diferencias significativas en el factor rendimiento. Este resultado coincide con nuestro modelo porque ambos grupos tienen el mismo nivel de exigencia en el rendimiento para ser considerados talento, esto es, superar el promedio de incentivos de toda la fuerza de ventas.
