Stay-away Order / Non-Molestation Order


Explanation:
A “stay-away” order is a junction whereby your abuser is prevented from doing certain things (e.g. contacting you). If an order is breached, a criminal offence will have been committed.

I believe "Non Molestation Order" is more appropriate answer to your question and the context.
Definition: This type of order will prevent your abuser from harassing, intimidating or pestering you or any children who live with you. The abuser does not have to have been physically abusive in order to obtain this type of order. If an order is breached a criminal offence will have been committed.
