Selective catheterisation of the superior mesenteric artery, which was normal, and orthograde mesenteric-splenic-portal venous return with a patent voluminous paraumbilical vein. The right portal vein was orthograde and the previous doppler ultrasound had shown a satisfactory portal venous flow in view of chemo-embolisation...
