agree  Translateum: Tak najczęściej w tekstach paralelnych aktów prawnych Unii Europejskiej (w tym dotyczących ENA i ekstradycji) - choć nawet w nich jest dużo rozbieżności. A „detention” - raczej jako zatrzymanie i środek zabezpieczający.
