Cette fois , c'est 'au nouveau' qui me laisse perplexe dans le paragraphe suivant

Si Total à la Chapelle d’Armentières est plus cher que Q8 au Bizet (1,490 euros contre 1,45), quand on compare à une grande surface (Carrefour à Armentières), là, le prix est à 1,359 (relevés fin octobre). Il est donc devenu possible de trouver du gazole moins cher en France qu’en Belgique, alors qu’il y a quelques années, même si la différence n’était plus flagrante, nos amis belges accueillaient à bras ouverts les Français.

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.
