English term
trigger tendon
English to Spanish
Other
Medical: Health Care
Bursitis
Can you provide a translation for the above phrase?
I know that trigger finger is 'dedo en resorte', would that be 'tendón en resorte' then?
Context:
Scarring of this sheath may cause restriction of smooth movement of the tendon with motion resulting in a "trigger tendon" (e.g., trigger finger) in which difficulty moving a joint is suddenly released (like pulling the trigger of a gun).
Thanks

tendón en resorte
La traducción habitual de "trigger finger" es "dedo en resorte", por lo que sería apropiado traducir "trigger tendon" por "tendón en resorte".
