This is from an Austrian lease contract and UK English is the target language.
The section deals with deposits and other means of ensuring the Landlord is protected. It is followed with conditions that will apply in case of Tenant insolvency.
Strangely, so far no Mieterin has been mentioned only a Mieter but it is the term 'Muttergarantie' that I am looking for. Could this be a parent company guarantee?
