In a credit agreement made between a bank and a company the interest rate agreed was the Libor rate plus الهامش . Would it be right to translate this the "margin"? I do not understand what this means. Thank you.

Yes, it would be translated as "margin", and even if you googled the term "libor rate plus margin", you will find some 76k hits, which refers to the high frequency of use for this term.
Indeed, I don't understand the meaning of such term as well, since I am not doing a lot of financial translations.

Explanation:
This is a form of floating interest rate where the Libor rate represents an index. The final interest charged to the company is the sum of Libor and the spread/Margin.
