In the collection book of Meeting with Remarkable Muslims (http://www.travelbooks.co.uk/book_detail.asp?id=75) which is a travel story of non-Muslim travelers to Muslim countries (including Iran) in which they happen to encounter interesting people to write about, "Prayer's Room" is widely used by both British and non-British authors, so I believe this should suffice and you don't really need to look for other options. :)
