Medical - Medical: Health Care / Health care mechanisms
Spanish term or phrase: Continuo
I am translating a document on health care coordination mechanisms and I would like to ask your opinion on how to translate "continuo" as used in the following paragraph:

I was thinking of translating "a lo largo del CONTINUO de servicios" as "throughout all levels of service".

Any thoughts?

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you for the suggestion, but in the end they asked me to make it as accurate as possible, so I had to translate the exact specific term
