A nominee declaration is a standard type of document which outlines the relationship between the beneficial owner of shares in a Cyprus company and a nominee who acts on behalf and upon the instruction of such beneficial owner, as the registered shareholder of record. The nominee arrangements (sometimes referred to as a bare trust), confers on the beneficial owner the right to both income and capital, together with the right to issue instructions and control the property as well as to take actual ownership of the shares by completing a blank instrument of transfer.
