Not hype The Italian word "vasta" does not have the same connotations as the English "vast". This is not sales hype. It's just a description of a property that includes a particularly large area currently used for parking. This might or might not make the property attractive to certain kinds of potential acquirents if that, in fact, is the purpose for which the Italian document was written although there is nothing to indicate that that is the case.
