Fragment warunków dotyczących dostaw towarów:

I. Placing orders
1. Orders may be placed exclusively by the Logistics Centre and the stores of the Principal.
2. Orders shall be placed by premises. The directors of the stores and the director of the Logistics Centre may regulate the scope of the persons authorized to place orders, as well as the scope of such right, in their own discretion.
3. The Principal shall send orders in 1 counterpart in writing to the Supplier (by fax or via the EDI interface, provided that the Parties have so agreed). The Principal shall send orders to the Supplier’s address specified in the Annual Trade Agreement.

Principal to w tym przypadku duża sieć supermarketów. Tekst powstał prawdopodobnie na Węgrzech, ale jest napisany dość poprawnym językiem.
Na siłę chciałem znaleźć potwierdzenie, że "by premises" może to znaczyć "imiennie" - ale mi się nie udało ;)
Czyżby "premises" miałoby być słowem obejmującym "Logistics Centre" i "stores"?
