Fill the Pycnometer with distilled water, set thermometer, adjust water level till mark on side arm, place the cap loosely on side arm and keep in refrigerator till it attains temperature below 20º C. Take out from refrigerator and let it to attain 20 º C, adjust the level of water on side arm using narrow pipette.
Weigh.
Repeat this procedure using Sample on place of water.
