W zależności od formy prawnej fundacji dokument będzie się nazywał inaczej. ogólny termin to governing document, ale może on mieć formę różnych dokumentów. Brakuje informacji o formie prawnej: stowarzyszenie nie mające osobowości prawnej / CIO (fundacja posiadająca osobowość prawną) / trust / spółka
