@ Asker You really do need to give us proper conytext with each question — not all prospective answerers may have been following your whole series of questions, nor should it be up to them to go off and ferret out your context — if you want busy professional colleagues to help you, then it really is in your best interest to make it as easy for them as possible!
Germaine Jun 6, 2015:
Allegro, Please, take a look at the previous question (dispensed). You'll find all you need et le sens est plutôt évident quand vous lisez le règlement et les exemples.
AllegroTrans Jun 6, 2015:
Hello asker Could you please answer the request for context? Or don't you need any further help?
Daryo Jun 6, 2015:
Have you tried to find out what's in this "section l01 (2) of the Companies Act, 1956"?
That might provide some clues ...
kashew Jun 6, 2015:
Typo vide ordure ?
AllegroTrans Jun 5, 2015:
asker - better context please what do you mean by "eastbound"? what is the "order"? a sales order? a court order? a ministerial order? something else?

En l'occurrence, ... a fait l'objet d'une ordonnance de dispense mais l'idée est que le requérant a été dispensé de la procédure prescrite... par ordonnance.

agree Gladis Audi, DipTrans : Vide is a citation signal. It means "see" http://definitions.uslegal.com/v/vide/

Thank you.
neutral Germaine : D'une façon générale, oui, "vide" indique un renvoi. Toutefois, en français, on ne traduira pas "a été dispensé d'application voir l'ordre".
