I am having problems finding an expression which doesn't sound like something from an interior design brochure such as "new life concept"?? At the moment I have "a new conception of the self" Any ideas?

Terapia de revisión de vida: tiene un carácter eminentemente terapéutico y debe de reunir todas las características de este tipo de intervenciones, en cuanto a conocimientos técnicos del terapeuta, consentimiento y confidencialidad del proceso terapéutico. Es un tipo de intervención muy estructurada y está dirigida a personas con problemas mentales o patologías como depresión, ansiedad, esquizofrenia, estrés postraumático, etc. En la terapia de revisión de vida, la identidad puede verse modificada dando lugar a una nueva concepción vital y cambios en la identidad personal o estado de ánimo, además se suele combinar con terapia cognitiva y de resolución de problemas, terapia narrativa, y entrenamiento cognitivo.
