I am unsure if my phrasing, and therefore the meaning, is coming across correctly here. I cannot see what the subect of "dara diritto" should be. The context reads:

"La rinunzia al diritto di prelazione espresso o presunta nel caso di mancata risposta nel termine di 30 giorni dall’invio della offerta da farsi mediante lettera raccomandata, dara diritto al socio di cedere liberamente la sua quota a terzi. Il trasferimento dovra comunque avvenire entro 30 giorni dalla rinunzia....."

My translation reads:

"Waiving the right of pre-emption, express or implied, in the case where there has been no response by registered mail within 30 days following the offer, shall give the right to the shareholder to freely appoints its share to a third party. "
