English term (edited): tap-off for the server room

As this appears to be a tap-off of chilled water, I think 'piquage' is possibly appropriate here; I did also wonder about 'dérivation'?

As for 'room', we often use 'salle' (salle blanche, salle des machines, ...); alterntaively, you may need to consider 'local' (cf. local techique > plant room)

Without wider context, it seems potentially slightly odd to me to say 'the server room', where I would tend to expect 'a server room' — i.e. implying that the tenant may or may not have one; the use of 'the' seems to suggest it has already been established that the tenant does have one. Hence I suggest examining quite carefully whether or not 'la' is correct, or may need to be 'une' instead.
