Hi all,

This is from a small legal section of a larger document (I'm not particularly fluent in legalese). In context:

La comunicación dará a conocer las propuestas que contiene la Ley Modelo xxx de sociedades mercantiles para la determinación de la lex societatis y la delimitación de su ámbito de aplicación, y en lo respecta al régimen a que se somete el establecimiento de sociedades extranjeras.

Para ambos supuestos la Ley Modelo xxx propone disposiciones que responden tanto el método directo de reglamentación, a través de normas materiales especiales para los supuestos de tráfico externo, como al método indirecto y localizador de la norma de conflicto.
