English to French Tech/Engineering Energy / Power Generation electricity

The project consists of :
- rehabilitating the power distribution network in the municipality, comprising the replacement of circuit breakers at most substations and switching stations and the rehabilitation of 100km of 22kV distribution lines;

- carrying out civil works to improve and refurbish buildings housing the switching station, as well as rehabilitation/construction of 22kV extension feeders****; and
