English term

five than in those with pH 5

English to French Medical Mathematics & Statistics étude clinique
Je ne comprends pas la fin de ces 2 phrases, y a-t-il quelque chose d’évident qui m’échappe ?

The Cmax was significantly higher in subjects in the dry tablet group with vaginal pH, five than in those with pH 5.
There were no significant differences in other pharmacokinetic parameters between subjects with vaginal pH, five and those with vaginal pH 5 in all three groups.

English term (edited): vaginal pH, five than in those with ph 5
Selected

pH vaginal < 5

Some sort of scanning error for the < sign turned it into a ",".

Conceivably ">" but that's less likely IMHO.

Thanks Helen. Cmax = serum peak MPA concentration presumably.

La Cmax du groupe comprimé ... était significativement supérieure à celle des autres groupes à pH 5

Le "than" se rapporte à "higher", à mon avis
