Before answering "Yes" to Question 1A or "No" to Question 1C you should understand that, under Articles 16, 17 and 19 of Council Regulation (EC) No, 2201/2003 of 27 November 2003 concerning jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in matrimonial matters and the matters of parental responsibility, the court will need to decide whether it has jurisdiction to entertain the proceedings.
