Support calls are "pooled" to the whole staff, i.e. there is no specialized/dedicated support staff .

: Your translation does not sound right in French. Why? Because it is more or less a literal translation of 'non-dedicated support' //You don't get it! 'Une assistance non dédiée' is meaningless to the ears of a French speaker.

In a nutshell, the message to the client is that he/she can get the support of a group of people who all can perform the service he/she needs. So he/she can be referred to several staffers equally fit for delivering the service needed.

: on ne parle ni d'une équipe soudée (= étroitement unie) ni de personnes interchangeable (!!), mais d'un service d'appoint, tout simplement. Pensez, par ex. à un "pool de secrétariat".

Germaine, je ne pense pas qu'il s'agisse d'un service d'appoint, c'est-à-dire un service organisé pour remédier à une insuffisance temporaire, car il s'agit d'un service permanent.
Pour moi c'est mchd qui a raison, c'est comme ça que je comprends les choses.

Il est toujours préférable de mettre la phrase complète pour nous orienter sur la traduction la mieux adaptée.
