ci sono molte espressioni in rete con "for life", e secondo me il senso è quello di vivere un'esperienza "reale", "assaggiare" qualcosa, avere un saggio di qualcosa (come espressione metaforica, anche riferita per esempio, come si vede in rete, a toccare con mano come funziona un college). Anche: tocca con mano la vera vita di questa cittadina.... (anche se qui è bello mantenere l'idea del gusto, dell'assaggio - il doppio senso metaforico - dato che si tratta di raccogliere/gustare il tè).

"Assapora la vita (quotidiana) di questa meravigliosa cittadina dell'Estremo Oriente..." Visto che si parla sia di "tea picking", sia di "tasting", secondo me ci starebbe anche "quotidiana", ma soprattutto "assapora", ovviamente...

Grazie. In realtà io avrei detto "get a taste of". Credo che "get a flavour for" sia più tipo "provare (per avere un'idea)", ma alla fine la priorità in testi semili penso sia trovare qualcosa che "suoni bene" (senza stravolgere il senso, ovvio...).
