En ce qui concerne les droits de montage:
Provided there is no material uncured breach of this Agreement by the Director and subject to his reasonable availability and the Film's post production and delivery schedule, the Director will be given the first opportunity to execute the notes of the entities having final written authority over the Film with regards to further cuts/edits to the Film by the Company after the Director's last cut of the Film subject to the Director having the first opportunity to execute such final cut.
