this is a deduction based on the following;
to object, is to challenge during a hearing, however, the below may be of a better contribution...

Execution impediment استشكال
we can then say,

you know this is a little strange idiom for English lawyers, they call any act of objection to a court decision "challenge", however, this "execution impediment" has been previously discussed and agreed here in Proz.com, and I tried hard as well to confirm this fact, yes it is the closest equivalent of the word استشكال which means to request from the court to stop executing a court's decision for whatsoever reasons.
"Execution impediment" in itself means an act of impeding or challenging the execution of a judgment, thus, it is not the judgment, rather it is an act over a judgment, that is why I'm suggesting to be more detailed and say "the judgment subject of execution impediment" ...
this is to the best of my knowledge

Asker: لحظت الآن أن مصطلح الحكم المستشكل في تنفيذه هو نفسه الاستشكال وبالتالي يُترجم Execution Impediment

Asker: ما رأي حضرتك؟
