"Execution impediment" in itself means an act of impeding or challenging the execution of a judgment, thus, it is not the judgment, rather it is an act over a judgment, that is why I'm suggesting to be more detailed and say "the judgment subject of execution impediment" ... this is to the best of my knowledge |
