Ekonomski rečnik: commission order - komisioni nalog Komisioni poslovi predstavljaju oblik posredničkih poslova i obavljaju se u svoje ime a za tuđ račun. Preduzeće koje u svoje ime a za tuđ račun zaključuje ugovor o komisionim poslu i obavlja komisioni posao naziva se komisionar; preduzeće za čiji račun komisionar obavlja ugovoreni posao naziva se komitent. Prema tome, komitent izdaje nalog (tzv. Komisioni nalog) ili sklapa ugovor sa komisionarom za obavljanje nekog konkretnog posla za račun nalogodavca (komitenta).
