I am currently translating a legal ruling concerning a sales commission agreement in Mexico and would appreciate any help translating the above in the following context:
De igual modo, con los medios de convicción aportados a juicio, en especifico los informes rendidos por el banco, se advierte que las operaciones derivadas de la compra de acciones de XXX se efectuó de la forma siguiente:
