Estoy traduciendo un documento liberación de hipoteca y estoy buscando la expresión legal correcta en inglés para la expresión que consulto.
"Ahora bien, por cuanto dicho deudor nada más queda a deber por concepto de capital ni por ningún otro concepto derivado de los préstamos aludidos, en nombre de mi representada declaro cancelada la deuda y, extinguida en consecuencia la hipoteca especial y convencional de primer grado recaída sobre el inmueble antes citado a que se refiere esta escritura. Solicito al ciudadano registrador se sirva estampar la correspondiente **nota marginal de cancelación** en los protocolos respectivos."
Hasta los momentos he colocado: "I request that the Registrar adds the corresponding note in the margin / marginal note in the respective records stating that the mortgage has been paid off"
