I am once again stumped.

This is from a set of rules stipulated by a grocery chain, and appears right after a directive stating that any transactions involving the import of goods from Asia must be handled by the client company. The next sentence states:

"Sollte bei Direktimporten aus Fernost die XXXX aus besonderem Anlass nicht beauftragt werden, so ist diese Ausnahmegenehmigung durch die GL Ware Non Food, durch den GL ZEM (Food) oder durch die GF Einkauf TBM zu erteilen."

I'm assuming "manager of non-food goods" (Geschäftsleiter), but I've tried to no avail to track down the other two acronyms, ZEM or TBM.

If anyone knows what these stand for in this context, I would appreciate it!
