Plan terapéutico y evolución:
En diciembre 2014 se realiza perforaciones en cadera derecha, con aporte percutáneo de células madre.
Se mantiene en descarga durante 6 semanas.
En visita de control el 23 de enero 2015 (ver radiografías), el paciente presenta mejoría clínica parcial, permitiéndose carga y encontrándose pendiente de cirugía protésica de cadera contralateral.
El 9 de julio de 2015 es intervenido mediante prótesis total de cadera izquierda, no cementada con par cerámico-cerámica.

Your are right lorenab23, sorry, maybe I should have included it in the question, but this word count in questions..... Thank you very much, it was mainly the "par ceramica-ceramica" that had confused me, never come across that before. And I always understood "par" to mean equal
