I think they're referring to a question in a survey and saying that the question doesn't make it clear who it's directed at. "A quién va dirigido" means "a quién va dirigido el espontáneo". I don't think it's possible for "desde el espontáneo" to mean "spontaneously".
"Espontáneo", contrasting with "sugerido", is a type of question. The difference is that the former is an open-ended question, such as "which brand do you like best?", without naming any for them to choose from, whereas the latter is a question like "which of the following brands do you like best?" Here's an example of a cosmetics survey in which the questions are marked "espontáneo" or "sugerido":
"¿Qué marcas de Cremas faciales y corporales para el bebé conoces?"

An "espontáneo" is a question to elicit "conocimiento espontáneo"; an unaided question elicits unaided awareness. I think that's what they're referring to here.

It's a market research analysis. Market research must involve some sort of survey, in which people are asked questions; what else? And how can "desde el espontáneo" mean "at first glance"? // Not at all! It's just that I think you're wrong.

Am late in the day but the more I think about it the more convinced I am they are referring to the spontaneous comments from the participants (as opposed to their responses to any set questions).
