I understand the general concept, but need the proper legalese for SUBROGARSE EN EL CONTRATO DEL CLIENTE

o CC: Z asumirá la prestación de los servicios relativos a sus aplicaciones contratadas por el Cliente a través de S, bien subrogándose en el contrato del cliente con S (que Zdeclara conocer), bien proponiendo al Cliente la firma de su propio contrato. Z asume la facturación de sus servicios con efectos 1 de junio de 2017. El traspaso efectivo del servicio se realizará con efectos 7 de junio de 2017.

The verb "subrogate to" certainly exists but perhaps "assuming" sounds more natural.
