Bonjour,

Je ne comprends pas le sens de "mandatory payments" dans cette phrase :

"For the purposes of calculating the amount to be distributed on each share, only the amount of the mandatory payments towards the nominal value of the shares shall be taken into account."

C'est dans les statuts d'une société, à l'article sur le versement des dividendes.
