Seismic reflection sub-bottom profiling survey will be carried out at the same time as the side-scan sonar survey along all survey lines to identify as a minimum the nature of the sediments within the top 2m of the seabed. A primary objective of this component of the survey would be to identify underlying bed rock and reefs, and provide detail on sediment composition.
