A ver -- "¿Se sitúan...para la ejecución... ...del gobierno, [la ejecución de] las políticas públicas, y [¿la ejecución?] [d]el sector privado"?

Governance

I understand “ejecución del gobierno” as a synonym of “governance” in this context.

My interpretation:
De igual forma, se sitúan las direcciones para la ejecución del gobierno, las políticas públicas (...)
Likewise, the guidelines are set [not sure about set] for the governance, public policies (…)

"Se sitúan" is rather confusing to me, Without the full context I am uncertain if it can be understood as "are set" or not. I am not sure.

Spanish term (edited): para la ejecución del gobierno

to conduct the business of government.

This is apparently a common phrase in both the US and the UK.

Without a period at the end, of course.

carryout the affairs/business of the government

...in relation to (both) public policy (or policies) and the private sector.

The Spanish could be clearer (to which I allude in Discussion).

Possible translation:
Likewise, the government offices/directorates are poised/well-positioned to carryout the affairs of the government in relation to public policy and the private sector.

I hope this helps!

i also agree with Robert's suggestion (of 'business').

Another option could be 'carryout/conduct governmental matters in relation to...'

Thus, there are several viable options, but reflecting the author's intent (in relation to 'sector privado') may require some reworking or trans-editing.

Or even better, 'carry out...'

Thanks, David. And yes, 'carry out'! Cheers :-)
neutral Robert Forstag : It seems strange that you would agree with my suggestion and then go ahead and post a separate suggestion in which one of the options is identical to a suggestion I posted several hours earlier, while the other is a minor variant thereof.

Notice I did not include 'business' in my 'possible translation': "Likewise, the government offices/directorates are poised/well-positioned to carryout the affairs of the government in relation to public policy and the private sector."
