Ja bym dał tak: ".... how the brain perceives and processes the information it receives." Chciałoby się użyć "received information", tyle że jest z tym mały kłopot, a mianowicie trzeba w użytej formie czasownika odzwierciedlić to, że te informacje są odbierane przez umysł w sposób ciągły.
