Under the "gasometría venosa" section of a lab report from Mexico.
I believe it's "Exceso de base" (base excess). What's causing me to question this is that the unit of measurement is mmol/L (as opposed to mEq/L) and the reference range is given as 0-5.
The value of E. Base is -1.1 and the pH of the patient is 7.391, so from that angle it makes sense, as far as I can see.
Can anyone more knowledgeable in medicine confirm this?

Exceso de base
It is indeed exceso de base, please see:
RANGOS DE REFERENCIA EN LAS GASOMETRÍAS
Analito:
Exceso de base
Rango:
-3 a +3 mmol/L

BE (Base Excess):
--------------------------
Normal: -2 to +2 mmol/L
[Base excess (BE) is the mmol/L of base that needs to be removed to bring the pH back to normal when PCO2 is corrected to 5.3 kPa or 40 mmHg. During the calculation any change in pH due to the PCO2 of the sample is eliminated, therefore, the base excess reflects only the metabolic component of any disturbance of acid base balance.]
