Не знаю, почему в российской банковской практике сии документы принято обзывать 'мемориальный ордер', а не 'ваучер', но это действительно так!

P.P.S. Может быть, потому что 'банки' предпочитают 'указывать', а не 'уведомлять' о тех действиях, которые они 'предприняли'... :-(
