A formalin-preserved fragment/specimen labeled "Left breast reconstruction/oncoplasty" is received.

It's more common to say 'formalin-preserved specimen':

'Mammoplasty' and 'oncoplasty' exist. 'Oncoplasty' seems to be limited to India and Pakistan, but it seems more common to say 'breast reconstruction' in the UK and US, even though the "onco-" part is missing.

A [tissue] fragment in was received in formol, labelled as "Left Oncological Mammaplasty"

"Rotulado" just means the tissue fragment was labelled this way when the lab received it.

Mammaplasty (also called mammoplasty[1] or mastoplasty) refers to a group of surgical procedures, the goal of which is to reshape or otherwise modify the appearance of the breast.

If an oncoplastic approach is considered however, these quadrants do not fall within the classical Wise pattern for oncological mammoplasty.
