I don't think more text would help. Really It's just an appraisal form with stages and skills/knowledge points, and a column for comments by the HR person/manager. The sector is cinema in-house retail. Popcorn, drinks, sweets, etc.

Yeah, I had rueda de prensa in mind. This seems to be more a one to one meeting, probably between an employee and the retail manager; some kind of staff review. I was thinking review basis, or something similar. I must say I've never seen the term used before.

The fact that Rueda has a capital R suggests it may be literally a wheel or circle, perhaps a diagram showing the job requirements.

Accordingto Linguee, "rueda de prensa" is a press briefing;
And a "rueda de negocios" is a business roundtable, apparently.
