Je ne comprends pas "frequency slow-start". La suite du document (plutôt marketing) ne parle ni de "frequency", ni de "slow-start" d'ailleurs.
Quelqu'un aurait-il une idée?

ll n'y a pas vraiment de progression dans ce processus, ça peut être un démarrage lent ou rapide par variateur de fréquence. D'ailleurs slow = lent....
