Spanish term

mutua cobertura

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
I am assuming this is mutual coverage but I couldn't find many hits in English so I thought I would see what you guys think.
From a contract:

En este sentido, DOÑA XXXX deberá de dar cumplimiento a la normativa en lo que le respeta y tendrá la obligación de contratar con una MUTUA cobertura de incapacidad temporal, accidentes de trabajo y enfermedad profesional.
Proposed translations (English)
4 +5 coverage, with an insurance company

coverage, with an insurance company

A "mutua" is a (mutual) insurance company. In Spain the biggest and best known is Mutua Madrileña, a large non-profit Spanish insurance company founded in 1930 that provides life, automobile, health and accident insurance, as well as pension and investment funds. It is often simply called "La Mutua", for example in TV commercials.
