Medical - Medical (general)
Slovak term or phrase: ila genus
From a report concerning a knee injury:

fissura stress cartil plato mtib gen l sin
th biolevox 2,5 % i a *ila genus*

Can anyone make sense of this? 'Genus' is the knee, but what is 'ila'?

There was a similar item in a recent, related document, but the text on that occasion was "th biolevos 2,5 % i a N cps".

Notes to answerer
Asker: As far as I can see, they're not concerned with muscles. This is just a short report concentrating on two things: cartilage, and how long the patient can stay on sick leave.
