Hi guys,

Hopefully you can help me out here. Struggling to find a neat translation for "dingliche Verfügung über". The text concerns a rental agreement between a large property company (similar to airbnb) and a landlord. This section is to do with power of attorney:

"Die Vollmacht berechtigt nicht zur Vornahme von Rechtshandlungen in Bezug auf die Veräußerung, Belastung oder sonstige dingliche Verfügung über den Grundbesitz oder zur Eingehung von Kreditverbindlichkeiten."
