Sponsor acknowledges that Study Center may have confidential or proprietary information that may become known to Sponsor or its CRO’s during the conduct of the Study.
Information that Study Center identifies as confidential or proprietary prior to Sponsor or that given the nature of the information and the circumstances under which it was disclosed or learned such information should reasonably be believed to be confidential to Study Center (“Study Center Information”) shall be held in confidence by Sponsor and not disclosed to third parties, other than Sponsor’s CRO’s or other contractors or agents working on the Study who are bound by written obligations of confidentiality.
The exceptions to non-disclosure set out in Section 7.5 will also apply to Sponsor and its treatment of Study Center’s Information.
