This is a Master Service Agreement between two companies including the Wild Well Control, INC Company

The provisions of this Agreement concerning Contractor’s obligation to prevent the imposition of liens on Company property does not prohibit Contractor from filing its own liens if Company fails to pay Contractor as required by this Agreement or any order. If Company so fails to make payment, then Contractor shall have the right to file such liens and exercise all of its available remedies to collect compensation due and payable to Contractor.
