Whoops, missed out a translation for circunferial, but you're right it has to be circular.

agree Charles Davis : "Twenty-seventh" requires a hyphen in all varieties of English. I think "sello gomígrafo circunferial que dice..." probably means "a rubber stamp with lettering around the edge reading..."; i.e., circunferial refers to circumference, not shape per se.
