DATED THE TWENTY-SEVENTH OF MARCH 2019, AND WITH A RUBBER STAMP WHICH SAYS
I am assuming that 'deice' is a typo for 'dice'

: CIRCUNFERIAL > circular ?//A literally circular way of denoting a round stamp for us 'squares' from the Swinging Sixties, I suppose.

Whoops, missed out a translation for circunferial, but you're right it has to be circular.

: circular; omit the hyphen if European English is needed; keep it for US

: I think "which says" is too colloquial. Something like "stating" would be better.

: "Twenty-seventh" requires a hyphen in all varieties of English. I think "sello gomígrafo circunferial que dice..." probably means "a rubber stamp with lettering around the edge reading..."; i.e., circunferial refers to circumference, not shape per se.
