Rebillable Expenses

All charges incurred by COMPANY on behalf of the Client in respect of outside services, all travel (by Business Class), accommodation, out of pocket expenses, etc., shall be rebilled to the Client. Expenses included in the Lump Sum are stated in the proposal.

b) Reimbursements for all expenditures shall be made in the currency of the Fee Schedule and, if necessary, shall be converted at the rate of exchange prevailing on the date on which such costs and expenses were incurred by COMPANY.

Pesquisei bastante sobre o termo, e não consegui encontrar diferença entre billable expenses e rebillable expenses. Na referência que o colega apresentou, a explicação de rebillable expenses é a aplicada à reembolso de despesas no Brasil.
